1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the OC Drum Academy website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

OC Drum Academy provides private and group drum lessons at our studio location in Tustin, California, and online. Lesson availability is subject to instructor scheduling and waitlist status.

3. Enrollment and Waitlist

Submitting a waitlist form does not guarantee enrollment. We will contact you when a spot becomes available. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the first lesson or package.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms and cancellation policies will be provided upon enrollment. All lesson packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your enrollment agreement.

5. Scheduling and Makeups

For group lessons, there are no makeups. If you contact the instructor, they will help you stay on track with the class material. Private lesson makeup policies are outlined in your enrollment agreement.

6. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to text messages, you consent to receive marketing and/or transactional text messages from OC Drum Academy. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, curriculum, sheet music, and online video content provided by OC Drum Academy are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

OC Drum Academy is not liable for any injuries that may occur during lessons or while using studio equipment. Students participate at their own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

OC Drum Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
